I started my reviewing game by joining the ARC club at my local independent bookstore, Astoria Bookshop in Astoria, Queens, New York. Every so often I get a list of books I can choose from, pick up the books, read, review and submit. It's so much fun as the staff there are awesome, the store is the cutest and they hold great events! I'm LUCKY to have been given this opportunity and am even happier that I'm basically their only THRILLER reviewer - it seems most people veer towards contemporary, romance and YA!
